Any recomendations?
A lot have been discussed but I haven't been around here a lot lately.

Other than "Backup backup backup"? Hmm, might want to jot down "boolprop controlpets on" and "boolprop petactioncancel true" for when you need to workaround "sinking" pet syndrome. At least until they get a patch out! angry4

Thank you.
I can't believe I was forgetting the good old back up thing.

Assume all hacks are broken until you go to the site you got them from and find out otherwise.

BTW, my pets have stopped sinking. Now my kids float!

I recommend long-haired dachshund puppies. They're great babe magnets.

Yup! They're insufferably cute! Women will go out of their way to walk up say, "Oh, they're so cu-u-u-u-ute!" Especially when they're puppies. Unfortunately, I didn't learn this until my life was such that it was a moot point. Darn.

But seriously, the only really wretched thing I've heard about The Sims 2 Pets is that that the Body Shop that comes with it makes clothing and sims that are not compatible with other versions of the game. It also packages mesh files if you export a sim, and that causes considerable consternation for the fan meshers.

There is a patch out for Pets Bodyshop, on the EA site. I would put that in straight away.

Someone said the BodyShop patch didn't work.

eeek!

Well I haven't made any clothes recently. (Haven't made much of anything, been too busy feeling ill.) But that's scary.

Well, I need to run my dragon tank shirts through it, then see if Sandy or Greg can use them with their non-Pets games. I can always open up the packed files and rip out the meshes by hand!
