After looking at the nannies in this game, it's probably the word "sex" at the beginning of sextuplets that scares them away.

I tried converting them to Young Adults. Didn't help.

What? A nanny would be afraid of sextuplets?

Not sure about that . . . BUT it is fun to watch 13 nannies fuss over one toddler!

Just have your active sim keep calling the nanny, it's a hoot! lol

I was unaware that you can call more than one nanny. Now I'm wondering what would happen in my game if I did that since the Nanny never gets out of the van. Would they just stack up lots of vans? Would the second van wake up the first one?

Now that the Bennetts are in college, I really need to figure out how to get a nanny going. I think Danny's babysitter from DMA Sims will keep the Social Worker away, but I'm not sure. I should also look through all the hacks I have installed to see if any of them are related to the nanny.

I was really disappointed to learn that nannies won't track your class schedule if you're in college. The only option is to have them come "just for now." But then, if they just sit in the van and talk to the driver, that option isn't worth much.

Since I keep forgetting where I put it, here's a link to the Technicolor Sims topic where I put the notes about how nutty it would be to try this with eight babies.

I still have a question from this old thread: How do you get multiple nannies?

The one time I did it (accidentally) it was when Kaylynn called a one-time nanny because the usually scheduled one was late. Naturally they both showed up, and pretty much made a mess of things (and that was just two). Somewhere (ah: here) Carrot described getting a zillion nannies by just calling them on the phone repeatedly. (The horror!)

Come to think of it, yeah, calling half a dozen nannies might not be too smart! I'm not too awfully fond of even one!

(It helps to convert them to young adults and edit their personalities.)
