i've had one set of boy/girl (alien) and one set of boys. I read in the guide that TRIPLETS are possible. (eek!)

You know Liss . . . I was hoping for triplets in a major way, but my hopes were smashed when I read the following in the last chat transcript:

Is it possible to have triplets, I've read people have?
MaxisMatt (Oct 7, 2004 6:13:20 PM)
Nope, twins are the limit. (Seriously, can you actually maintain *three* kids at the same time?

Now, whether or not this person knows what he's talking about is another question! :scratchhead: Which guide did you find the info on triplets? Prima or the book that came with the game? Oh I hope it's true! =)

Hehehe well I dunno about him but I do every darn day Granted mine are all different ages, but hey that's still not that easy
I dunno, I would think triplets for The Sims would be kinda hard, sometimes it's hard enough just maintaing your own people in general, let alone 3 infants.
Just my :02: (ok I'll go back to my hole now )

I didn't even know the Sims could have twins. My daughter buys the adoptable baby when hers gets a new baby, that's the closest thing to twins I've seen.

Actually, I've had tons of twins in my game.....sets of boys, girls, and both. And I have no idea why or how! (I hate the twin births, just too much freaking trouble) Although....I have kind of gotten it down to a science as to how to train the kids before they grow into toddlers without turning aging off.

In my game, Lilith Pleasant has had two sets of twins thus far. I'll not let her whoohoo again.

Once I mastered it, I ALWAYS use the smart milk. It makes training toddlers much easier and it does seem like sims raised on smart milk learn quicker the rest of their lives.

I had no idea about the smart milk and actually was able to train toddlers in everything before they became kids, although it was a pain in the butt and very hard to do. But, after I had my first set of twins in the game, I found out about the smart milk and kicked myself for not having done it earlier.
