Indeed! Gotta try that one! If I'm reading the recipe right, there's very little mess to clean up, either, just a bowl, measuring cup, wire whisk, spoon, and of course the baking dish.

Well, the bowl, spoon and whisk get licked clean. The washing is just to remove the spit.

Not licking the bowl is un-American!

I do not have a problem with that. I just get the spoon in the bowl and pick up as much leftover as I can.

I've found that a rubber spatula is even more effective than fingers for effective bowl-licking. smile

You forgot the step where you have to stand in front of the oven tapping your foot and if you leave for any reason, it burns.
