For this recipe, you will need the previously mentioned Grandma's Cheesecake recipe instructions.

Substitute the graham crackers with those wonderful thin dark chocolate wafer cookies. Usually found in the specialty cookie section at the grocery store. Sometimes in the baking section.

In addition, you will need to substitute the margerine with 1 cup of peanut butter. Leave out the vanilla. Other than that, make the recipe the same way as the regular cheesecake one.

Now here is the special part. Use the best hot fudge topping you can find. Godiva would be good. The kind you use for a hot fudge sunday.

DONT MELT IT!. Instead, spread it on top of the cooled cheesecake before cutting it. Or you could just have jars of the hot fudge and put gobs of it on each slice!

Beware, the fudge topping will be gooey. Of course it is, the gooey the better!
